Private Concierge for Seniors based in Warwickshire & Solihull
Dear Seniors is a private,
non-medical concierge for over-70s
in Warwickshire and Solihull.
Growing older at home shouldn’t mean losing your independence. And caring for a parent from a distance shouldn’t mean living with constant worry. Our mission is to be a trusted hand for every family who wants more for the people they love.
We pair each senior with one dedicated companion never a rotating team of strangers. Someone who brings genuine company, coordinates appointments, handles errands, finds trusted local tradespeople and turns everyday outings into moments to look forward to.
For families who can’t always be there in person, we keep you in the loop with regular updates, so you always know how your mum or dad is really doing.
Not a care agency. Something more personal.
Whether you’re worried about a parent living alone, stretched too thin to visit as often as you’d like, or tired of carers who change every week.
Dear Seniors gently brings dignity, company and calm back to everyday life. And brings you back to peace of mind.

Frequently Asked QuestionsIs Dear Seniors right for your family?
What is companion care, and how is it different from a home care agency?
Companion care is non-medical support that helps older people stay independent and connected at home. Unlike a traditional care agency, we don't provide personal or medical care. Instead, one dedicated companion offers company, outings, help with appointments and errands, and coordinates everything that keeps daily life running smoothly.
Which areas do you cover?
We support families across Solihull and Warwickshire, including Warwick, Leamington Spa, Kenilworth, Stratford-upon-Avon and surrounding villages. Not sure if you're covered? Just give us a call.
How much does it cost?
Our monthly plans start from £299 and are tailored to how often your parent would like support, from regular visits to a fully dedicated concierge service. We'll recommend the right plan after our first conversation, with no obligation.
Will my parent always see the same person?
Yes. Each senior is paired with one dedicated companion, chosen to suit their personality and interests. No rotating strangers: just a familiar face your parent can trust and look forward to seeing.
How are your companions selected?
Every companion is carefully interviewed, reference-checked and DBS-checked before joining our small team. We look for kindness, discretion and reliability, the qualities we'd want for our own family.
I live far away. How will I know how my parent is doing?
After each visit, you'll receive an update on how your mum or dad is doing, what they did and anything that needs attention. Wherever you live, you'll always be in the loop.
Can you help find a gardener, electrician or cleaner?
Absolutely. We source reliable local tradespeople, arrange the visit, are there if needed and make sure the job is done properly, so your parent never has to deal with strangers alone.
We’re Audrey and Stéphanie, twin sisters born in France. Over the years, we’ve lived in six countries : France, South Africa, Bahrain, China, Spain and the United Kingdom, so we know exactly what it feels like to love someone from far away.
When someone close to us needed support for several years, we saw how hard it was to find help that was warm, reliable and non-medical. Someone who would simply be there: for a walk, a chat, a GP appointment or a dripping tap. That’s why we created Dear Seniors.
Stéphanie built her career in luxury hotels and high-end events, where every detail matters and nothing is left to chance. Audrey spent years as a VVIP flight attendant on private jets, where discreet, personal service is everything. Different paths, same values: kindness, discretion and the joy of looking after people properly.
Today, Stéphanie lives in Warwickshire and personally meets every new family. Together, we’re building a small, carefully chosen team of companions we would trust with our own parents.
