Our Philosophy of care

Companion care services
in Solihull & Warwickshire

We believe growing older should never mean giving up the life you love. Our role isn’t to take over, but to make everyday life easier  with warmth, discretion and respect for each person’s habits and independence.

Every service we offer is non-medical, tailored to your parent, and delivered by one familiar face. And because families matter just as much, we keep you informed and involved, wherever you live.

70+

Designed for over-70s

Our support is built for people aged 70 and over who want to stay independent at home and for the families who want to help them do it, even from afar.

1. Companionship & Home Visits

Regular visits from one dedicated companion who becomes a familiar, trusted face. Time to talk, share a cup of tea, play cards, read the paper together or simply enjoy good company. Because loneliness is one of the hardest parts of growing older, and a friendly visit can change a whole week.
For example: weekly visits, conversation, hobbies, a check-in call between visits.

2. Walks, Outings & Social Activities

A walk in the park, lunch at a favourite café, a trip to the garden centre, the theatre or a family celebration. We plan the outing, drive or accompany your parent, and make sure they enjoy every moment safely, so they keep doing the things they love.
For example: walks, café lunches, shopping trips, cultural visits, church or club meetings.

3. Appointments & Accompaniment

From GP and hospital appointments to the optician, dentist or hairdresser, we book, remind, accompany and follow up. We take notes so nothing is forgotten, and we keep the family informed afterwards.
For example: booking appointments, transport, waiting together, a written summary for the family.

Groceries, prescriptions to collect, parcels to post, letters to sort, bills to understand. We take care of the small tasks that quietly become harder with age, and help your parent stay on top of their paperwork without stress.
For example: shopping, pharmacy collection, post and paperwork, light home organisation.
